Established in 1997, Vision Century Property Management Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Frasers Property (China) Limited and is engaged in the management of high quality properties including private housing estates and luxury residential buildings.

• Pre-occupation Services
  
  Thorough planning for future management services is provided to smoothen the transition process from developers and building contractors to the owners. Services rendered include giving advice on management in the provision of services and facilities, preparing operational budgets, thorough review of and professional advice on the drafting of Deed of Mutual Covenant, and arrangement of rectification of building defects during defects liability period.
