Vision International Centre ("VIC"), located
at the south east corner of the Tsinghua Science Park (the core development of Zhongguancun
in Haidian district of Beijing) is undertaken by
Vision Huaqing (Beijing) Development Co. Ltd.,
a joint venture incoporated in Beijing on 1 July 2002 between Frasers Property and Beijing Tsinghua Science Park Construction
Co. Ltd.
The thirteen-storey VIC is built on a prime 8,200 sqm site,
which upon completion will provide about 39,000 sqm gross
floor area with two basement levels for 200 car parking lots and
ancillary facilities. The building has a glass curtain
wall to enhance its image as a distinctive landmark in the Tsinghua Science Park. The building was completed in September 2004.
